Overview
This auditor-focused course covers audit principles, audit planning, evidence gathering, reporting and audit follow-up for an information security management system. Its central objective is to assess conformity with ISO/IEC 27001 rather than manage day-to-day implementation.

Prerequisites
PECB specifies a fundamental understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 and comprehensive knowledge of audit principles for this training course.
Exam & Certification
PECB Lead Auditor requires experience and qualifying audit activity hours beyond merely passing the exam. Other credential grades may be available.
